MiLB Farm Report from June 12, 2026

An Absolute Thriller in Portland and a Drive Victory!

Welcome back, Red Sox Nation! June 12th brought us one of the craziest games of the season in Portland and a strong home win in Greenville. While Worcester fell short, Salem was washed out.

Here is the recap from June 12th:

Portland Sea Dogs – 13:12 Win over the Reading Fightin Phils (10 Innings)

An absolute thriller in Portland! The Portland Sea Dogs engaged in a wild offensive shootout with Reading and walked away with a 13:12 victory in 10 innings. Johanfran Garcia opened the scoring with a 2-run home run in the first inning, and Will Turner added a solo shot later on. Trailing 8:9 in the eighth, Miguel Bleis (who had 4 hits on the night!) blasted a massive 3-run home run to give Portland the lead. Reading tied it at 12 in the ninth, but in the 10th inning, Franklin Arias played the hero, hitting a walk-off RBI single to secure the 13:12 win!

Greenville Drive – 10:5 Win over the Winston-Salem Dash

The Greenville Drive dominated the Winston-Salem Dash, cruising to a 10:5 victory. The man of the match was catcher Gerardo Rodriguez, who launched two home runs and drove in 4 runs! Enddy Azocar was also unstoppable at the plate, collecting 3 hits including an RBI double. On the mound, starter Kyson Witherspoon pitched 5.0 solid innings to earn the win, and the bullpen comfortably shut the door.

Worcester Red Sox – 3:6 Loss to the Rochester Red Wings

The Worcester Red Sox fell 3:6 to the Rochester Red Wings. The offense struggled to get going for most of the night. Catcher Jason Delay provided a spark with a 2-run home run in the sixth inning to cut the deficit to 3:4, but the Red Wings pulled away late. A bright spot was Braiden Ward, who got on base and stole two bags.

Salem Red Sox – Rainout

The Salem Red Sox game against the Fayetteville Woodpeckers was cancelled due to rain.
